Paul Munyao

Paul is the Senior Partner at Board and Secretarial and has over 22 years of practice. As Senior Partner, Paul provides guidance, direction and leadership to the rest of the team with the primary aim of meeting and satisfying clients’ needs.

Paul holds a Bachelors of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a Masters degree from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa in Environmental and Water Law.

George Kashindi

George is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 21 years of experience. He is a Partner at Board and Secretarial. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Financial Services with a specialisation in tax both from the University of Nairobi.

JUDY WARUI

Judy is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 16 years of experience. She is Managing Partner at Board and Secretarial . She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from USIU (A).  She is also a certified expert in ESG and Impact Investing.  Judy is a council member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries and serves at a Board Member in an investment cooperative.

DR SETH WEKESA

Dr. Wekesa is a partner in the firm with over ten years’ experience as a practicing
advocate. He is also an accomplished legal scholar. He heads the consulting and
legal compliance department. He spearheads the delivery of legal and governance audits as well as compliance and regulatory assignments.

Dr. Wekesa is well regarded in the market and has gained tremendous experience
in handling the firm’s assignments on risk management, corporate governance and
regulatory compliance for leading blue-chip companies, multinationals, regulators,
state corporations, government ministries, NonGovernmental Organizations and
multilateral agencies.

He has carried out Legal and Compliance Audits for several clients in different
sectors including government ministries and departments and business member
organizations. As a legal scholar, he teaches administrative law, Corporate
Governance and Non-Governmental Organization Law at the university of Nairobi, Faculty of Law.
